Movement Library

Practices that adapt to your day

A curated collection of guided sessions designed for real life. Each practice is brief, flexible, and free from competitive framing or performance expectations.

Educational content only. These guided practices are descriptions of gentle movement ideas for learning and general wellbeing. They are not medical advice, physiotherapy, or treatment for pain, injury, or sleep disorders. Always move within your comfort level and seek professional guidance when needed.

Collection Overview

Movement for every moment

Our library is organised around the natural rhythms of a day. Choose a practice that matches where you are — not where you think you should be.

Rhythmic bar pattern representing varied daily movement sessions throughout the day

Morning

Gentle openings to start your day

Dawn Orientation

A five-minute sequence of breathing exercises and gentle reaching designed to help you arrive in your body. Ideal for the first moments after waking. No equipment needed.

Mindful Morning Walk

A guided awareness practice for your daily walk — whether around the block or through your garden. Focus on sensation, pace, and the quality of each step.

Wrist and Finger Flow

A short mobility sequence for hands and wrists, perfect before typing or creative work. Gentle circles, stretches, and shakes to prepare your upper limbs.

Midday

Refreshers for the middle of your day

Seated Spine Wave

A flowing sequence you can do at your desk. Gentle flexion and extension of the spine while seated, guided by breath.

Staircase Pause

Turn a trip between floors into a mindful moment. Slow, deliberate steps with attention to balance and breath.

Lunch Break Stretch

A ten-minute standing sequence for shoulders, hips, and legs — suitable after periods of sitting. No change of clothes required.

Evening

Practices for settling into rest

Twilight Unwind

A slow floor-based sequence focusing on hip openers and gentle twists — a calm way to close out the day. Move only within your comfortable range.

Cloud Breathing

A guided breathing exercise for evening wind-down. Visualisation combined with extended exhales — an educational practice, not a treatment for sleep difficulties.

Soft Joint Circles

Gentle rotations of ankles, wrists, and shoulders while lying down. A minimal-effort practice for evenings when energy is low.
